3.2 Accuracy of Information

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. jet77 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits from unknown or suspicious sources will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending further investigation.

5.2 Withdrawal

Withdrawal of winnings is subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jet77 platform and may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action:

• Manipulating the game system, exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent imposed restrictions
• Player collusion in poker or any other player-versus-player game

• Any form of fraud, document forgery, or identity impersonation

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your jet77 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, you must withdraw all eligible balances from your account. Any bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

10.2 Suspension and Termination by jet77

Jet77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if:

• You are in breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious behaviour
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
• You have requested self-exclusion and the exclusion period is still active

10.3 Inactive Accounts

Account showing no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. An administrative fee of MYR 5 per month will be charged on inactive accounts that still carry a balance. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.
